Ovington Property acquired the retail leases for the two ground floor shop units of behalf of the existing tenant (Jaks) and agreed an assignment of the office lease on the 1^st and 2^nd floor to our client. The company subsequently negotiated the purchase of the freehold on behalf of Jaks.
