Ovington Property acquired the retail leases for the two ground floor shop units of behalf of the existing tenant (Jaks) and agreed an assignment of the office lease on the 1st and 2nd floor to our client. The company subsequently negotiated the purchase of the freehold on behalf of Jaks.
